PERFORMANCE - Digital Hotplate Magnetic Stirrer
PERFORMANCE Series JSHS-18DX Digital Hotplate Stirrer utilize the most advanced Digital Fuzzy Control technology of stirring speed, temperature and time. The most outstanding performance of JSHS-18DX is detached magnetic bar detection and automatic optimal stirring speed correction algorithm to resume stirring without fail. It also provides OIL heating mode for high viscous medium heating. Control temperature range max. 400 °C in 0.1 °C display resolution, stirring speed range from 80 to 1,500 rpm, timer set to 99 hr 59 min. Durable and rugged aluminum casting body and chemical resistant ceramic coated top plate.

- Detect detached magnetic bar with automatic optimal stirring speed correction Controller and motor equipped with special algorithm, when it detects detached magnetic bar it stops stirring and place the magnetic bar on the center position. Controller automatically reset to optimum stirring speed and restart stirring action repeatedly to prevent damage of sample which may be caused by stirring failure.
- OIL temperature control Mode for high viscous medium heating Accurate temperature control of high-viscosity medium such as oil, which cannot be controlled by conventional hotplate that is on the market. JSHS-18DX provides dual heating mode for high–viscosity medium (Oil) as well as low-viscosity medium (Water) using PHE-01T External Temperature Probe.
• Temperature setting from + 25 oC to 400 oC in 0.1 oC display resolution within ±3.0℃ accuracy • CA sensor embedded in top plate to measure and control temperature • Stirring speed range from 80 to 1,500 rpm in 5 rpm resolution • Timer setting range from 1 min to 99 hr 59 min
